Determining the status of your connection
The table below tells you what the combinations mean:

To reset your nbn® connection box:
- Turn off the powerpoint that your nbn® NTD is plugged into
- Wait 20 seconds
- Turn the power back on
- After 1-2 minutes, you should see these lights:
- Power – solid green
- Status – flashing green
- ODU – solid or flashing green
- Signal – red, amber or green
How do I know if my Router is Broken?
If your router can’t connect to the internet and looks damaged, it might be broken. Check for visible damage. If you can’t fix the connection issue, it’s time to get a new router.
