Managing Your Regular ‘Open Hours’ Schedule

1. Log into the Central Telecoms PBX Portal via the link provided to you & log in using your own credentials.

2. Navigate to DIDs, then click on the phone number you want to update the schedule for.

3. Click Show Advanced Options. Some additional fields will then be shown.

4. Click Operation Times – This will open a menu where you can configure your scheduling.

5. Here, you’ll want to look for the ‘Open Days’ section, at the bottom of the page.

a. Click the + button to add another row if you need to set different open hours for different days.

b. Add a description to clearly identify each section of your schedule.

c. Click the days (they will highlight blue) to select each day that will operate with the specified times.

d. Set the Time from and Time to that you want the system to be ‘Open’. Note: These times are in 24-hour format.

e. In the example shown below, the phone system is ‘Open’ on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday from 9am to 5pm. Then Thursday from 9am until 8pm & Friday from 9am until 3pm.

f. Once you have finished customising your schedule, make sure to click Save to apply your changes.
