Think Water Albury is a family-owned and operated irrigation business. Established in 2010, they are known as the local water experts for the Albury area and service a broad range of clients, from residential, commercial and agricultural to local government and the mining sector. With a shopfront and showroom on Wagga Road Lavington combined with an online store and field technicians on the road, reliable communication is essential for the business.

Think Water Albury made the switch to Central Telecoms in 2018 after being with a Major Telco for years and struggling with their lack of communication and support. Knowing Central Telecoms was a small Australian business with a local presence in town, John contacted their Area Manager for the Albury Wodonga region, Darrell Spencer. The fact that he knew Darrell personally enhanced the decision to switch.

“With blokes like me who own and operate a business, we look for quality service and price. That was the decision-making behind it. Service is paramount for our business,” said John.

Since switching from a Major Telco to Central Telecoms, Think Water Albury are not only saving money, but importantly, are always informed prior to any disruption or outage, which didn’t happen with their previous provider. Furthermore, whenever they have a problem, they know they can contact their dedicated Central Telecoms Area Manager personally and the problem will be resolved quickly. There was no point of contact with their previous provider.

“I measure value of service from a telco in quickness of fixing any issue. If issues occur, you guys get involved and they seem to be fixed pretty darn quickly. Darrell was always on it, going backwards and forwards with us. You guys are a lot stronger from a service point of view, than our previous Telco.” said John.
