Determining the status of your connection

The lights on your NBN NTD show you the status of your connection. If you own a Fixed Wireless connection, the lights will look like this.

The table below tells you what the combinations mean:

To reset your NBN connection box:

  • Turn off the powerpoint that your NBN NTD is plugged into
  • Wait 20 seconds
  • Turn the power back on
  • After 1-2 minutes, you should see these lights:
    • Power - solid green
    • Status - flashing green
    • ODU - solid or flashing green
    • Signal - red, amber or green.
