Local Support

We aren’t perfect, but  there’s a lot that we’re still working on to provide you all with an even better service. 

 

Our promise remains that we will never outsource our services to overseas call centres and as we continue to grow. We’re investing in our internal support systems and our Aussie-based support team. 

We’re also looking to boost our team further with apprenticeships to help local young people step into the Telecommunications industry, as well as gain recognised qualifications at the same time.
