Challenge
Our Geelong Account Manager Matt was approached by Agmin Chelates, who had had more than enough of dealing with their previous Telco. They were seeking out a better alternative, but their main points of concerns were:
- Long wait times on hold for simple enquiries.
- Having to wait weeks on the promise that their issues will be resolved, only for nothing to be done about them.
- High cost and lack of value for their services.
- Pushy alternative Telcos trying to get them to make the switch to a service that wouldn’t fit their business, and without trying to understand their needs.
