Fletcher Pidcock Lawyers is a Newcastle-based commercial and property law firm that prides itself on being proactive and completely approachable. The team of seven is led by principal solicitors and founders, Nick Pidcock and Andrew Fletcher. They look after both corporate and individual clients in all aspects of commercial and property law, including conveyancing, construction projects, property developments, buying and selling property and businesses, business advice, corporate and personal insolvency, commercial dispute resolution and litigation. As a firm that works to tight deadlines and strives to be accessible to clients at all times, phone and Internet reliability is of paramount importance.

Fletcher Pidcock made the switch to Central Telecoms after finding communication with their previous provider difficult. The tipping point was meeting their local Central Telecoms Area Manager, Beau Wilson, and decided there was no time like the present to switch, particularly after hearing about the cost, personal support and onsite assistance promised by Central Telecoms.

So, the fact that they receive personalised service from Beau, their Central Telecoms Area Manager, whenever they need assistance, whether it be installing new handsets for new staff or resolving Internet and phone line issues, is invaluable to the team at Fletcher Pidcock.
