As one of the leading bridal retail stores on the NSW Central Coast for the past fifteen years, Brides to Be at Somersby stocks a large range of bridal and formal gowns designed by leading Australian and international designers. They pride themselves on their customer service and offer online sales as well as in-store fittings and purchases, making reliable phone and Internet services an essential part of their business.

Brides to Be, Somersby made the switch from a Major Telco to Central Telecoms in 2018 after being told they had to switch to the NBN. They were approached by Central Telecoms with an offer to assist with that transition and were impressed with the fact that they were locally owned and locally based with a dedicated point of contact. Giving Central Telecoms the go-ahead, Claire was extremely impressed with how quickly and efficiently their installation team installed the NBN for them, as it was all up and running within a day.

“The tipping point to switching was that the price was right and they [Central Telecoms] were able to solve all issues and problems and challenges. It was an easy decision. We also got a new upgraded phone system installed at the same time as the NBN,” said Claire.

Since switching from a Major Telco to Central Telecoms, the team at Brides to Be, Somersby have had no issue whatsoever in adapting to their new phone systems and services in their workflow. They were also thrilled to have immediate access to the Internet once switched over to the NBN, which happened quickly and seamlessly – all done within a day. They are now more productive due to the fact that they have no downtime and, if ever there is a problem, they have peace of mind knowing they have a dedicated person they can speak to at Central Telecoms and that the issue will be resolved quickly.

“I like that I can pick up the phone and someone answers straight away,” said Claire.
